Sauers and Company Processed Veneers is a more than thirty year old operation.
In 1975, Paul Godfrey, a 30 year veteran of the veneer industry, founded Godfrey Veneers as a recycler of dead samples of logs.
In 1987 Henry Jennings purchased the business and renamed the company Jennings Veneers.
In August of 1999, Sauers and Company Processed Veneers was founded in order to purchase the assets of Jennings Veneers.

Sauers and Company is comprised of Larry Sauers Jr, Vice President of Operations; Jeff Sauers as Vice President of Marketing and Sales; and Larry Sauers Sr, President.
Collectively, the Sauers' have over 80 years of experience as business managers and owners.
